Safe Sender List

How to add LeadPhysician to your safe sender list

To assure that you receive all future correspondence from us, please add LeadPhysician to your address book.

OUTLOOK Users:
  1. Right click on your LeadPhysician email
  2. Select "Add the Domain to Safe Senders List"
  3. Type the domain name @LeadPhysician.com
  4. Click "OK"
  5. The domain name @LeadPhysician.com will automatically be entered into your Outlook address book.
Hotmail Users:
  1. Click onto the "Options" link in the upper right corner of your screen
  2. Select "Contacts"
  3. Click on the "Safe List" link
  4. Type LeadPhysician.com in the "domain text box"
  5. Click "Add"
  6. The LeadPhysicianLeadPhysician.com will automatically be entered into your Hotmail address book.
Yahoo! Users:
  1. Open your LeadPhysician email
  2. Click "Add to Address Book" next to the icon on the far right
  3. The email address will appear in the email field
  4. Verify that the information is correct
  5. Click "Add to Address Book"
  6. Our email address will be automatically entered into your Yahoo! address book
Gmail Users:
  1. Click "Contacts" on the left-hand side of your screen
  2. Select "Create Contact"
  3. Add the domain name @LeadPhysician.com in the "Primary Email" field
  4. Click "Save"
  5. The domain name @LeadPhysician.com will automatically be entered into your Gmail address book.
AOL Users:
  1. Open your LeadPhysician email
  2. Click on the "Add Address" icon.
  3. The email address will appear in the email field
  4. Verify that the information is correct
  5. Click the "Save" button
  6. Our email address will be automatically entered into your AOL address book
EarthLink Users:
  1. Open your LeadPhysician email
  2. Click on to the "Message" menu
  3. Select "Add Senders" to your address book
  4. Our email address will automatically be entered into your EarthLink address book
Netscape Users:
  1. Open your LeadPhysician email
  2. Go to "File" menu
  3. Select "Add to Address Book"
  4. Enter the domain name @LeadPhysician.com in the address field
  5. Click "OK"
  6. The domain name @LeadPhysician.com will automatically be entered into your Netscape address book
NTLWORLD Users:
  1. In the "Tools" menu, click "Options"
  2. On the "Preferences" tab, under E-mail, click "Junk E-mail"
  3. Select "Safe Senders" and "Add"
  4. In the "Enter a domain name to be added to the list box", enter @LeadPhysician.com
  5. Click "OK"
  6. The domain name @LeadPhysician.com will automatically be entered into your NTLWORLD address book
Blue Yonder Users:
  1. Open your LeadPhysician email
  2. Select the email address
  3. Right click on the email
  4. Select "Add to contacts"
  5. Click "Save"
  6. The email address will be automatically entered into your Blue Yonder address book
