Privacy policy
- LeadPhysician is a professional online research portal, which adheres to CASRO (Council of Survey Research Organizations) guidelines in protecting respondent confidentiality. Our research is also treated in accordance with Esomar and MRS Code of Conduct. All personal information remains strictly confidential and all responses are pooled together. All answers provided will remain anonymous.
- LeadPhysician’s registration, personal page and surveys require our panel members to provide us with contact information (e.g. name, phone number, fax number, e-mail address), demographic information (e.g. zip code, etc) and other information. We track this information so we can send surveys that correspond to panel members' qualifications and interests.
- We will only correspond with panel members when studies are available. Panel members will receive no junk emails from the panel.
- A panel member has the right to say "no" to participate in any given survey. The panellist is also given a choice to be removed from the panel by an "opt out" link at the bottom of all emails they receive relating to the panel. As a member of LeadPhysician, panellist will be invited to participate in surveys with invitations by email. They can complete surveys at their convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are never obligated to respond to a specific survey. The average survey length is 15 to 30 minutes and the panel member will be compensated for their time.
